One Year Guarantee
The materials in this Lightware product are warranted for a period of one(1) year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, provided, that the warranty
registration card attached is sent to Lightware within ten (10) days of the
date of purchase. Please provide a copy of your sales receipt.
If there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, under normal use and
service during the applicable guarantee period, please send defective
products prepaid to Service Department, Lightware Inc.,
1329 W. Byers Place, Denver, CO 80223. Include a brief, clear description of
the problem with the date and the place of purchase.
Repair or replacement of a defective product during the applicable guarantee
period is your sole remedy under this One Year Guarantee. In no event will
Lightware be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Any implied
warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to one year from the
original date of purchase. Some states do not allow the limitation or
exclusion of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages, so
this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to
state.
